What is a somatic or body-centered practice?
Somatic practices are designed to connect you with your body — helping you bring attention to the present in ways you can handle, and supporting you when your system gets hijacked by past fear or trauma. These are brief, adaptable physical and mental activities based in our 6 Mind-Body Essentials: focus, touch, movement, breath, posture and words.
I don't have a lot of mobility — will your practices work for me?
YES. Our body-based tools are simple, gentle, and suitable for all levels of mobility and endurance — no endurance or contortion involved.
If I can't make the live calls, is it still worth it?
YES. We've had people who never made a single live call totally change their lives just from watching the replays. Replays are uploaded to the course website within 48 hours of each call.
What's the call schedule?
Dates are scheduled 1 to 2 months in advance and posted on the course website; you'll also be notified by email.
