What to expect
Priming the Body for Peace is all about a gentle, compassionate approach to being — being with big feelings, being with ourselves and each other, and being human. On our calls, we invite you to arrive as you are when you can, to participate as you're able, and to allow yourself to be in whatever way is most true for you in the moment. These sessions are for helping you express the person you really are, with the skills to live (and love) through all of life's beautiful complexity. It's the perfect venue for taking everything you've learned through therapy and self-help and integrating it meaningfully into your everyday experience.
What to expect
Priming the Body for Peace is all about a gentle, compassionate approach to being — being with big feelings, being with ourselves and each other, and being human.
On our calls, we invite you to arrive as you are when you can, to participate as you're able, and to allow yourself to be in whatever way is most true for you in the moment.
These sessions are for helping you express the person you really are, with the skills to live (and love) through all of life's beautiful complexity. It's the perfect venue for taking everything you've learned through therapy and self-help and integrating it meaningfully into your everyday experience.
Live calls info & call schedule
Calls run 60 to 90 minutes and include self-regulation and -connection practices as well as 1:1 coaching and skill-building opportunities. This is the magic — where we walk you through the real life scenarios that cause you difficulty and give you in-the-moment tools for noticing, regulating and making conscious choices when these scenarios actually arise.
There is no "correct" way to show up on these calls; the space is here for you to take what you need from it and from us. Some participants have a lot to say, some say nothing, some fall asleep...and all of that is perfect. We created this space for you to experience the felt sense of peace and safety in your body so regularly that it becomes your new baseline — this is how we prime your body for peace.Â
Our group calls tend to be small and intimate; most participants actually watch the replays only — so if you can't make it live, the calls will still be a transformational experience for you.Â
Calls are generally on Wednesday mornings at 10am (Pacific time). You'll be notified in advance of the call schedule and any changes by email as well as in your online member portal.

These are brief, adaptable physical and mental activities you can do anywhere, anytime.
